Universitat Rovira i Virgili

TIC - Conference Venue

The primary venue for the scientific sessions of the congress will be the main building of the Terres de l'Ebre Campus, part of Rovira i Virgili University, located in the city of Tortosa. The building is shown below.

The Terres de l'Ebre Campus is located in the city of Tortosa, in the Remolins neighborhood, alongside the Ebre River and within close proximity to the historic Suda Castle.

Tortosa is situated near the idyllic natural landscape of the Ebre Delta, offering stunning scenery and a rich ecosystem. The city is located 180 km south of Barcelona (90 km south of Tarragona) and is well-connected by both the AP7 highway and the R16 regional railway line, making it easily accessible from the Catalan capital.

The easiest and most affordable way to travel from Barcelona Airport to Tortosa is by bus. The journey takes approximately two hours, and there are many departures available throughout the day.

Right next to the main building, there is a large parking area that is free of charge, providing convenient access for attendees traveling by car.
